On-Site Support
Students can seek On-Site Technical Support when they are at FGV facilities in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Brasília, which have teams of technicians who provide guidance, clarify doubts, handle requests, and resolve issues related to the use of ICT resources.
These teams are also responsible for keeping the classroom equipment and laboratories in operation, ensuring that they and the programs installed on them are functioning correctly and adequately.
