1. Run the “Update Password – Validate User” app (https://resetsenha.fgv.br) or use this link for access.
2. Enter your FGV Access Account name in the “FGV Access Account” space and click “Send.”
3. A message will be sent to your personal email address (specified during matriculation), containing a link and a code allowing you to register your password. The time taken to receive this message will depend on the quantity of activities in both the email system that sends it (FGV’s) and the one that receives it. If you do not receive this message, access Students Online to check whether your email address is correct and to rectify it if necessary. Another option is to contact the Secretary’s Office for help.
4. After you open the message, click the “SET NEW PASSWORD” button or use the link below the button and wait to be redirected to the password registration page.
5. On the following page, “Update Password – Register New Password,” type in your new password twice, click “Send” and wait to see the registration confirmation screen.

You should try to access one of FGV’s ICT resources (the FGV Students Wi-Fi network, a laboratory computer, etc.) using your account and new password. If you are unable to do this, repeat the procedure for changing your password. If the problem persists, request support from LEPI (Sao Paulo), NGSA (Rio de Janeiro) or ICT Support (Brasilia). In other locations, you can contact the Service Desk by calling 21 3799 2300, 11 3799 3400 or 61 3799 8100.

Note: After creating an alternative email address, you need to wait for between 30 minutes and six hours for this information to be replicated by Microsoft. Only after this time will you be able to send emails to the alternative address.

You should alter your contact email address by editing your record in the Academic System in line with the procedures described here. After you have altered your contact email address, you will receive a message about this alteration at your new email address, copying the previous email address.
Your FGV Access Account name was sent to you at the email address contained in your academic records. If you have not received this email, you should:
1. Check whether the email ended up in your spam folder or was blocked by your email service provider.
2. Check whether the email address registered in your FGV academic records is correct and up to date.
If you cannot find this email, you can obtain your FGV Access Account and guidance on how to activate it by contacting the technicians at the Technology Support Center (NAT).

You should go to the settings menu on your mobile device, select “FGV Alunos” (FGV Students) Wi-Fi network and click “Forget Network.” Then select the same network again, and this time type in your login name and your new password. If you have any other questions, click here.
Students’ access accounts are valid for up to 180 days. To continue to have access to FGV’s technology resources, you need to change your password before it expires, following the procedure described in the email, or here.
Many texts, videos and e-books are offered in various training modules about the different applications that are part of Office 365. Go to https://support.office.com/pt-br/office-training-center.
You should type in your FGV Access Account name (e.g. B12345@fgv.edu.br) and password to validate your access permission. This authentication will be requested every 30 days. If you want to stop this happening, you can authenticate your identity at https://microsoft.fgv.edu.br, during each 30 day-period and this will avoid authentication requests via Office 365 applications.
Check whether your device is connected to the internet. If it is, try to access the link in another browser. If the problem persists, request support from LEPI (Sao Paulo), NGSA (Rio de Janeiro) or the security area (Brasilia).
