Access Accounts

What are FGV Access Accounts?

FGV offers its students various Information and Communication Technology (ICT) services. To identify them as users of these services, FGV assigns each student an FGV Access Account. When the student activates their account, they generate a password that must be provided in the authentication process required whenever a service is accessed.

The following conditions must be met for an FGV Access Account to be granted to a student and for them to be able to activate it:

- The student must be registered in FGV's Academic System.

- The student must have a valid email address among the registration data, which they use.

Therefore, a student who does not have a valid email address registered in FGV's Academic System will not be able to use their account.

Accounts are sent via email to students as soon as they join the institution. This sending is done only once, and if for any reason the student cannot access this message, they can obtain their FGV Access Account by calling the following phone numbers: (21) 3799-2300 (RJ), (11) 3799-3400 (SP), and (61) 3799-8080 (DF) and identifying themselves. If they are at one of FGV's facilities, they can also obtain this account by identifying themselves at the NAT (Technological Support Nucleus - RJ and SP) or ICT Support (DF).
